* Additional arrival/departure fee of R500 per boooking will be charged

* During Long Weekends & December Holidays Different Rates will apply

Policies

Deposit

We require a 50% deposit to be paid within 72 hours of making the reservations alternatively your booking will be released.

Cancellation

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation the following policies will apply:

• if cancelled within 45 days prior to date of arrival a 25% cancellation fee will be charged of the total value of the reservation made.
• if cancelled within 30 days prior to date of arrival a 50% cancellation fee will be charged of the total value of the reservation made.
• if cancelled within 15 days prior to date of arrival a 100% cancellation fee will be charged of the total value of the reservation made.
