Children Policy All children welcome

Cottage

• Fully equipped for self-catering
• 1st bedroom – 1 queen bed, bath & shower
• 2nd bedroom – 2x twin beds, shower
• 3rd bedroom – 1 queen bed, shower. Adjacent to the main cottage but separate entrance

Departure clean out fee R 600.00 / EXCLUDED from the above rates – DAILY CLEANING FEE available on request

Minimum nights

Low and Mid Season – 2 nights

High Season – 7 nights

Easter Weekend – 4 nights

Long weekends – 3 nights

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
• If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged

To confirm a booking

50% of the total amount may be charged any time after the booking
50% of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival

Credit Card Payment 5% surcharge
